Nearly there... He sweeps an expert eye over the detritus of Parliament. Glassy, heavy-lidded eyes. Here and there, the odd, desultory attempt at fanning away the heat with a drooping agenda sheet. He weighs a copy of the bill in his hand; a small, casual gesture. Then, leaning forward ever so slightly, he launches into his sesquipedalian coup de grĂ¢ce.
